Subscription Management

A subscription is required to access publishing features on Leadvisor Global. This guide explains subscription plans, how to activate your subscription, and how to manage billing.

What Your Subscription Provides

Your subscription provides access to all publishing features on the platform. With an active subscription, you can publish services, reports, and courses for sale, list articles and webinars for free, browse service and investment opportunities, and access full Consultant Portal features.

Subscription Plans

Leadvisor Global offers two subscription options. Both plans include a 3-day free trial so you can explore the platform before being charged.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial followed by an introductory rate of $1 per month for the first 3 months. After the introductory period, the subscription continues at $39 per month. You can cancel anytime.

Yearly Plan

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. The first year is $299, and subsequent years are $399. The yearly plan provides significant savings compared to monthly billing.

Managing Your Subscription

Access the Stripe billing portal to manage your subscription and payment details. From your Consultant Portal Settings tab, click Manage Subscription to access the Stripe portal.

Updating Payment Method

In the billing portal, you can update your payment card, add a new payment method, or remove old payment methods. Keeping your payment information current ensures uninterrupted access.

Viewing Invoices

Access your billing history in the Stripe portal to view past invoices and download them for your records.

Changing Plans

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing through the billing portal.

To upgrade from monthly to yearly, access the billing portal, select the option to change your plan, choose yearly billing, and confirm. The change typically takes effect at your next billing date, with prorated adjustments as appropriate.

To switch from yearly to monthly, follow the same process. Changes apply after your current yearly period ends.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, access the billing portal and select the cancel option. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not provide a refund for unused time.

Your published content remains on the platform but you cannot edit it or add new content without an active subscription.

Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancel and later want to return, go to the Settings tab in your Consultant Portal, select a subscription plan, and complete the signup process to reactivate your account.

Payment Issues

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period. During this time, update your payment method in the billing portal. The system will retry the payment automatically. Once payment succeeds, your status returns to Active.

Grace Period

The grace period provides temporary continued access while you resolve payment issues. Update your payment information promptly to avoid suspension.

Suspended Subscription

If payment issues are not resolved, your subscription may be suspended. While suspended, publishing features are disabled but your existing content remains on the platform. Update your payment method to reactivate your subscription.

Subscription Exempt Status

Some members may be exempt from subscription requirements through special arrangements. Exempt members have full access without billing. If you have questions about exempt status, contact support.
