Onboarding
The onboarding process registers your firm as a consultant on Leadvisor Global. This guide walks you through each step of the registration form, explains what information is required, and describes what happens during the review process.
Before You Begin
Gather the following information before starting the onboarding form. Having this ready will help you complete the process efficiently.

Accessing the Onboarding Form
To begin the onboarding process, go to /onboarding. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one first. Once logged in, you will be directed to the onboarding form where you can register your firm.
Completing the Registration Form
The onboarding form collects essential information about your firm. All fields marked as required must be completed before you can submit your application.
Firm Information
The firm name appears on your public profile and in search results, so use your official business name. The description provides an overview of your firm that clients will read when browsing consultants. Write a clear, professional description that explains your focus, expertise, and the types of clients you serve. This description should help potential clients understand what makes your firm a good fit for their needs.
Enter your business contact email where platform communications will be sent. This email is also displayed on your public profile for client inquiries. Your website URL allows clients to learn more about your firm and verify your credentials.
Manager Information
Provide the name of the primary contact person who will manage the firm's presence on the platform. This person receives important platform communications and serves as the main point of contact for any inquiries from the Leadvisor team.
Service Categories
Select all professional categories that apply to your firm's practice areas. Service categories help clients find consultants with relevant expertise. The platform offers various categories covering legal services, consulting, finance and taxation, and other professional services. Choose categories that accurately represent your firm's capabilities.
Service categories are displayed on your public profile and used for search and filtering. Select categories where you have genuine expertise and can deliver quality services.
Geographic Coverage
Select the countries where you operate or can effectively serve clients. Clients often search for consultants with expertise in specific regions, so accurate geographic information helps them find you. You can select multiple countries if your firm operates internationally.
Select all languages your team can use to deliver services. This helps clients find consultants who can work in their preferred language.
Submitting Your Application
Application Review Process
After submission, your application enters the review queue. The Leadvisor team reviews each application to verify the information provided and ensure alignment with the platform's professional standards. The review process typically takes 1-3 business days.
Review Criteria
Applications are evaluated based on completeness of information, professional credentials, alignment with service categories, and accuracy of geographic coverage. Providing thorough and accurate information helps expedite the review process.
Application Status
Your application can have one of three statuses.

| Approved | Application approved and you can proceed to activate your subscription |
| Denied | Application not approved, with feedback provided on next steps |
You can check your application status by logging in and navigating to the onboarding page. You will also receive an email notification when your status changes.
After Approval
Once your application is approved, you can proceed with setting up your firm on the platform. The next steps are activating your subscription to access publishing features, completing your firm profile with your logo and detailed information, and publishing your first content to start reaching clients.
Your subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period and will not be charged.
If Additional Information is Needed
In some cases, reviewers may request clarification or additional information. If this happens, you will receive notification of what is needed. Update your application with the requested information and resubmit for review.
