Profile Management

Your consultant profile, known as your Storefront, represents your firm on Leadvisor Global. This guide explains how to create a compelling profile that attracts clients and accurately represents your expertise.

Accessing Your Storefront

Go to your Consultant Portal and look at the Dashboard tab. If you have not yet created your storefront, you will see a Customize Your Storefront action card in the Pending Items section. Click this card to create your storefront.

Once your storefront is created, it appears in the Your Storefront section on the dashboard. Click the storefront card to view and edit your profile details.

You must have an active subscription to create or edit your storefront.

Basic Information

Your basic information forms the foundation of your public profile. Clients see this information when browsing consultants and when viewing your published content.

FieldDescription
NameYour firm's official name as displayed on the platform
DescriptionOverview of your firm, services, and expertise
EmailBusiness contact email for client inquiries
Website URLLink to your firm's website
LocationPrimary office location
Year FoundedWhen your firm was established

The firm description is particularly important because it helps clients understand your capabilities and decide whether to engage with your services. Write a professional description that explains your focus areas, key expertise, years of experience, and the types of clients you serve. Keep the description informative and specific rather than generic.

Logo Management

Your firm logo appears on your profile, alongside your published content, and in search results. A professional logo helps establish credibility and makes your firm easily recognizable.

When creating your storefront, upload your logo in the Logo section. The recommended image format is PNG or JPG, with a minimum size of 200x200 pixels. Square images work best as they display consistently across the platform. Maximum file size is 5MB.

To replace your logo when editing an existing storefront, click the Replace Logo button that appears when hovering over your current logo. Upload a new image file to replace the previous one.

Use your official firm logo. Transparent PNGs are supported and will display on a light background on the platform.

Tags

Tags help clients find you when searching for specific expertise, regions, or languages. You can configure three types of tags for your storefront.

Service Categories

Service categories define your areas of practice. The platform offers various professional categories that you can select to describe your services. Select all categories that accurately represent your firm's capabilities. Categories appear on your public profile and are used for search and filtering throughout the platform.

Countries

Specify the countries where you operate or can effectively serve clients. This information helps clients find consultants with regional expertise. Select all applicable countries from the available list.

Be selective and accurate when choosing countries. Clients searching for expertise in a specific region expect that consultants listed there can genuinely serve that market.

Languages

Indicate the languages your team can use to deliver services. This helps clients find consultants who can work in their preferred language. Select all languages in which your firm can effectively communicate and deliver services.

Practices

The Practices section allows you to highlight specific practice areas or specializations within your firm. Each practice entry consists of a title and description.

Use practices to detail your firm's core competencies, specialized service offerings, or industry-specific expertise. For example, you might add practices for different legal specializations, consulting focus areas, or industry verticals your firm serves.

To add a practice, click the Add button in the Practices section, then enter a title and description. You can add multiple practices to comprehensively describe your firm's capabilities.

Personnel

The Personnel section allows you to showcase key team members or partners at your firm. Each personnel entry consists of a title (typically a name or role) and description.

Use this section to highlight the experience and credentials of your leadership team, key practitioners, or specialized experts. This helps potential clients understand who they might be working with.

To add personnel, click the Add button in the Personnel section, then enter the relevant details. You can add multiple personnel entries.

Public Profile Visibility

The following elements appear on your public profile: firm name and description, logo, countries and languages, service categories, practices, personnel, and all published content including services, reports, courses, articles, and webinars.

Storefront Best Practices

A complete and well-maintained storefront performs better in search results and inspires more confidence from potential clients.

Fill in all available fields to maximize your profile completeness. Write a detailed, professional description that clearly communicates your value. Use a high-quality logo that represents your firm well. Keep your service categories, countries, and languages accurate and up to date.

Add practices to showcase your specific areas of expertise. Include personnel entries to put a human face on your firm and highlight the experience of your team.

Your published content also contributes to your profile's appeal. Publishing quality services, reports, courses, articles, and webinars demonstrates your expertise and gives potential clients more reasons to engage with your firm.

Review your storefront periodically to ensure all information remains current. Update your description when your services evolve, add new service categories as you expand your practice areas, and keep contact information accurate.
