Making Purchases

Leadvisor Global provides a secure checkout process for purchasing services, reports, and courses. This guide walks you through the purchase process, payment methods, and accessing your purchased content.

What You Can Purchase

Leadvisor Global offers three types of purchasable content:

Services - Professional services from verified consultants
Reports - Industry research and analysis
Courses - Educational video content from experts

The Checkout Process

Navigate to the content you want to purchase and review the details

Click the purchase button (Purchase Service, Acquire, or Enroll Now depending on content type)

You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page

Enter your payment details and complete the purchase

After payment, you will be redirected back to the content page

All payments are processed securely through Stripe's hosted checkout. Leadvisor Global does not store or handle your payment card details directly.

Adjusting Quantity for Services

On the Stripe checkout page, you can modify the quantity for service purchases. This is useful when the listed price or custom price represents a unit price and you require multiple units.

Payment Methods

Leadvisor Global accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks.

Effective Pricing

The price displayed on content pages and shown at checkout is the effective price. For services, this may differ from the originally listed price if a consultant has assigned a custom price through the messaging system. The effective price reflects any custom pricing arrangements made between you and the consultant.

Accessing Purchased Content

After successful payment, you are redirected back to the content page, receive an email confirmation, and the content is immediately available in your Client Portal.

Reports - Access the Client Portal Reports tab to download files
Services - Access the Client Portal Services tab to view details and contact the provider. You can also view order history directly on the service detail page.
Courses - Access the Client Portal Courses tab to start watching video lessons

Order Management

Access your order history in the Client Portal under the Orders tab. View all past purchases with order numbers, dates, items, amounts, and payment status. After each purchase, you receive an email with order confirmation and access instructions.
