Acting as Local Director in Ghana

The professional director fulfils fiduciary duties in the best interest of the company, including attendance of regular board meetings, review of financial records and statements, monitoring performance of service providers and underlying assets, interacting with service providers regarding market reports, attending to client requests, and signing required documentation and approvals.
Annual recurring engagement. Travelling costs for in-person board meeting attendance are recovered separately.
The directorship service is provided by a professional nominee director who acts in accordance with fiduciary duties under Ghanaian law. This does not replace the client's own governance responsibilities.
