Conditions for pricing or service scope Fees are determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of the matter. We offer fixed-fee, milestone-based, or hourly billing models, depending on client needs and the nature of the assignment. Required documents from clients A detailed document checklist is provided after preliminary discussions, tailored to the specific facts and requirements of each matter. Payment expectations (e.g., full upfront or milestone-based): An advance payment is typically required to initiate work, with further payments structured around defined milestones or invoiced monthly. Payment timelines are generally set at 30 days from the invoice date. Refund or amendment policies Engagement terms clearly outline termination, scope changes, and related conditions. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated case-by-case, factoring in completed work and time spent.
