Listed in May 2017 on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hatcher Group Limited was formed as a result of the acquisition of the APEC Group by the VBG Group, the former a business service solutions provider and the latter a financial services provider. We are a global professional services platform with over 120 professionals across different geographies, including Canada. Our clients include IPO applicants, listed companies, potential listing or M&A targets, investee companies and investment funds. The team provides comprehensive advisory services to deals in the PRC, including pre-IPO financial advisory to assess feasibility for overseas listing, due diligence on M&A targets in the PRC, corporate restructuring and spin-offs, and outbound or cross-border M&A for PRC listed companies or SOEs. With a dedicated global team of experienced corporate finance professionals, the Group advises on corporate financial management and capital markets to help maximize shareholder value. Services include due diligence, transaction structuring, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and reverse takeovers; advice on corporate governance principles and policies, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and financial reporting requirements, and corporate secretarial functions; preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A; and liaison and coordination with legal counsel and auditors.
